Yenidoğanlarda Kardiyak Kateterizasyon Sonrası Ağrı ve Fizyolojik Yanıtların Elastik Fonksiyonel Şekil Analizi

Aim: Post-catheterization pain and physiological responses in neonates; time-dynamic analysis
Methods: SRVF-based elastic alignment, Karcher mean, Elastic FPCA, score-based regression
Data: Pain scales (N-PASS, COMFORTneo), vitals (HR, RR, SpO₂, MAP), glucose (0–24h; 0,4,8,12,16,20,24)

Planned outputs - Reproducible analysis pipeline (R) - Documentation + tutorial notebooks - Workshop / training material (if approved)
